MEET JIMMY

At the age of 13 Jimmy found himself sitting in a tree, contemplating ways to take his own life. From that moment on, his struggle became both his shadow and his superpower. Cultivating a wide range of experiences in work, school, and volunteer, he continued to ask himself why mental health was never part of the conversation. Thus, the Human Aspect was born. The Human Aspect interviews people from all walks of life, each detailing their own struggles, how they overcame them, and the tools they learned along the way. Jimmy now uses their stories as well as his own to teach the value of mental health and personal development to thousands of people around the world.

The Human Aspect is a non-profit foundation that creates in-depth video interviews to help people through their life's challenges. Wouldn’t it be easier to overcome your struggle if you could hear the advice of someone who has already done so?

Our vision is to fill the gap between professional mental healthcare services and everyday people, to make sure no one ever faces a major challenge alone.

“Creating psychological safety in the workplace
